When asked how the futuristic gown — which features a strapless neckline with pointed, protruding details — is able to defy gravity, Lyonne said she wasn’t sure but offered her praise to Schiaparelli’s artistic director, Daniel Roseberry.
“I don’t know,” she admitted. “Masterpiece work? Daniel is a genius.”

“I’m very actually honored to wear it because I’m a lover of the arts,” Lyonne told the outlet, adding that it’s “more fun when it’s actually an art piece.”

Lyonne let the textured, floor-length Schiaparelli gown speak for itself, enhancing the futuristic look with minor details — a metallic manicure and a pair of gold earrings.
For hair and makeup, she opted for a warm glam and pulled her red tresses up into a bouncy updo.
