Tia Mowry’s latest social media post is all about self-love.
The former Disney star, 45,took to Instagramto share a series of photos from her trip to Spain and London, which she called “transformative.”
In some of the photos, Mowry is modeling a cheeky floral bathing suit while soaking up some sun on the bow of a yacht.
Mowry wrote in the caption that she was in serious need of some solitude and that the vacation was a very introspective trip for her.
“As you may have known, I took a trip to Spain and London, and during a significant portion of my trip, I found myself alone. In the solitude I encountered, I learned to embrace stillness and welcome the quiet,” she writes.
“This newfound peace provided me with the space to listen to my thoughts and, more importantly, afforded me the opportunity to actually process them.," she added. “This trip has been transformative, and I’m looking forward to sharing more of these moments with all of you 💕”
Mowry’s latest Instagram post from her European vacation comes about a year after she filed fordivorce in 2022.
She and husbandCory Hardrictended their marriage after 14 years, a decision she has since said was alsoin the best interest of their two children— daughter Cairo, 5, and son Cree, 12.
“A part of my decision was also for them,” Mowry explained in a cover story forHelloBeautiful. “For them seeing their mother walk in truth, I feel like it’s a great lesson for them because it was not an easy decision.”

One month after Mowry and Hardrict parted ways, Mowry spoke to PEOPLE about how she waspracticing self care. It’s “all about just really taking the time to tap in and take care of myself through meditation, through affirmations, going to therapy and really continuing to work on myself and grow,” she said.
“I always say, ‘Chase the joy,'” she added. “I really feel like where I am in my life right now, I’ve realized that life is beautiful, it’s amazing, it’s a gift, but it’s also very short, and we all have to chase our joy and chase being happy. That’s really important.”
Mowry has since started dating again, but she admitted that it’s challenging.
In anInstagram postfrom earlier this month, she shut down rumors speculating that she and Hardrict might get back together, and told followers: “Just because the dating life is complicated, doesn’t mean I’m going to go back to something that no longer served me. That’s like implementing if I don’t book an audition or a part as an actor RIGHT AWAY I’m going to give up on my dreams.”
